What is Hitel360?

Hitel360 is the Hotel Sector Partner of the Tecnimart Group,
an ICT integrator with experience since 1989, which building on its solid background in Hospitality environments, Hitel360 moves forward with a renewed brand, expanded resources, and key partnerships—positioning itself as a long-term, 360º-oriented strategic partner in the vertical.

This includes incorporating professionals with more than 20 years of experience in the Hospitality industry. We have successfully delivered projects across the globe, working with several of the Top 20 Spanish hotel chains—from the Dominican Republic to the Netherlands, Mexico to Cape Verde, Germany to the USA, and every corner of Spain.

Our work has always aimed to deliver not only IT solutions and infrastructures that improve performance and reduce costs, but also those capable of meeting the expectations of guests who demand the same technology conveniences in the most remote, paradisiacal resort as they enjoy at home—such as Wi-Fi coverage, Chromecast, high-speed internet access, and more.

For more than two decades, our teams have often led the introduction and application of new technologies—now considered essential—in the business models of the tourism industry.
Many of these milestones were direct transfers of the experience gained working as an engineering firm in the industrial world (since 1996), in the TELCO sector (since 2000), and for universities (since 2008).
